Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling an interface in a liquid-liquid extraction column by using pressure equilibrium, and more particularly to an apparatus for controlling an interface in a liquid-liquid extraction column by using pressure equilibrium, in which a vertical pipe is installed on one side of an extraction column so as to be parallel to the extraction column and which enables pressure applied to an inside of the extraction column and pressure applied to an inside of the vertical pipe to be artificially in equilibrium through movement of a liquid from the extraction column to the vertical pipe, thereby enabling an interface between two liquids, having been introduced into a top head of the extraction column and having different specific gravities, to be constantly maintained by using simple control system configurations. For this purpose, provided is apparatus for controlling an interface in a liquid-liquid extraction column, the apparatus comprising: a liquid-liquid extraction column which includes a column body and which includes a top head and bottom installed in upper and lower portions of the column body and configured such that an introduction pipe and a discharging pipe for introduction and discharging of liquids having different special gravities are installed in each of the top head and the bottom; a vertical pipe which forms a conduit line connected to the discharging pipe of the bottom and configured such that a liquid discharged from the bottom is lifted, which enables pressure applied to an inside of the column body and pressure applied to an inside of the vertical pipe to be maintained in equilibrium through level control based on the lifting through the conduit line, so an interface between the two liquid having different special gravities and having been introduced into the top head can be constantly maintained, which is connected to the discharging pipe of the bottom, and which is vertically installed so as to be parallel to the column body; and opening and closing valves which selectively open and close the conduit line of the vertical pipe; wherein a plurality of pressure control pipes branching in a direction of a height of the vertical pipe are installed in the vertical pipe, the opening and closing valves are installed in the respective pressure control pipes. 본 발명은 압력 평형을 이용한 액-액 추출탑의 계면 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 추출탑의 일측에 추출탑과 나란한 수직배관을 설치하고, 상기 추출탑으로부터 수직배관으로의 유체 이동을 통해 상기 추출탑 내부에 작용하는 압력과 상기 수직배관 내부에 작용하는 압력이 인위적으로 평형될 수 있도록 함으로써, 단순한 제어계통 구성을 통해 추출탑의 탑정부에 유입되어 있는 비중이 다른 두 유체 간에 계면유지가 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 한 액-액 추출탑의 계면 제어장치에 관한 것이다.이를 위해, 탑체와, 탑체의 상부 및 탑체의 하부에 각각 설치되며 비중이 다른 유체가 각각 유입되고 배출되는 유입관 및 배출관이 설치되는 탑정부 및 탑저부를 포함하는 액-액 추출탑이 마련되고, 상기 탑저부의 배출관에 연결되어 탑저부을 통해 배출된 유체가 상승되는 관로를 형성하며, 상기 관로에서의 유체 상승에 따른 수위 조절을 통해 탑체 내부의 압력과 상기 관로 내부의 압력이 평형을 유지할 수 있도록 하여, 탑정부에 유입되어 있는 비중이 다른 두 유체 간에 계면이 일정하게 유지될 수 있도록 하며, 상기 탑저부의 배출관에 연결되며, 탑체와 나란하게 수직으로 설치된 수직배관;상기 수직배관의 관로를 개폐하는 개폐밸브:를 포함하되, 상기 수직배관에는 수직배관의 높이 방향으로 분기된 복수의 압력제어관이 설치되며, 상기 개폐밸브는 각각의 압력제어관마다 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 액-액 추출탑의 계면 제어장치를 제공한다.
