Summary:Provided is a method to manufacture an ingot iron capable of injecting mill scale powder, containing oil, into a fusion gas brazier through a fanning mill. The method comprises: (i) a step of providing the mill scale powder containing oil; (ii) a step of injecting a block cinder and reduced iron into the fusion gas brazier including a dome part formed on its upper part; (iii) a step of injecting the mill scale powder and oxygen into the fusion gas brazier through the fanning mill installed in the fusion gas brazier; and (iv) a step of manufacturing an ingot iron in the fusion gas brazier. The ingot manufacturing step comprises: (i) a step of reforming oil into reducing gas through the dome part; (ii) a step of supplying the reducing gas to a reducing furnace, connected to the fusion gas brazier, to convert iron ore into reduced iron; and (iii) a step of providing the reduced iron to the fusion gas brazier. 풍구를 통하여 유분을 함유한 밀스케일 분말을 용융가스화로에 취입하는 용철 제조 방법을 제공한다. 용철 제조 방법은, i) 유분을 함유한 밀스케일 분말을 제공하는 단계, ii) 그 상부에 돔부가 형성된 용융가스화로에 괴상 탄재와 환원철을 장입하는 단계, iii) 용융가스화로에 설치된 풍구를 통하여 산소와 밀스케일 분말을 상기 용융가스화로에 취입하는 단계, 및 iv) 용융가스화로에서 용철을 제조하는 단계를 포함한다. 용철을 제조하는 단계는, i) 유분이 돔부에서 환원 가스로 개질되는 단계, ii) 용융가스화로와 연결된 환원로가 환원 가스를 공급받아 철광석을 환원철로 변환하는 단계, 및 iii) 환원철이 용융가스화로에 제공되는 단계를 포함한다.
