Summary:The present invention relates to an orbital welding apparatus which can easily weld stepped corners of coupling parts of both pipes with different diameters. According to the present invention, the orbital welding apparatus includes: a linear driving means which is installed on a vehicle and enables a linear movement object to linearly move; a first rotary shaft which makes the linear movement object have a different height in the vertical direction to be parallel to a direction perpendicular to the linear movement direction; an inclined movement member which is coupled to the first rotary shaft to arrange the first rotary shaft between both ends; a link member which is individually coupled to ends of the linear movement object and a tilted movement member by pins to tilt the tilted movement member around the first rotary shaft in accordance with the linear movement; a second rotary shaft which is installed on the other end of the tilted movement member to be toward a direction perpendicular to both the linear movement direction and the direction of the first rotary shaft; a weaving means which is coupled to the second rotary shaft and moves a welding torch coupled for the weaving operation of the welding torch in a reciprocating motion; and a left and right swiveling driving means which is installed on the other end of the tilted movement member to swirl the weaving means around the second rotary shaft. 본 발명은 직경이 서로 상이한 양 파이프의 접합부에서 발생하는 단차코너에 대한 용접이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있는 구조의 오비탈 용접장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 대차에 설치되고 선형이동체가 직선운동하는 선형구동수단과, 상기 선형이동체와 수직방향의 높이를 달리하여 상기 직선운동방향과 직교하는 방향과 나란한 제1회전축과, 양 단부 사이에 제1회전축이 위치하도록 제1회전축에 축결합되는 경사운동부재와, 상기 선형이동체와 경사운동부재의 일단부에 각각 핀결합되어 선형이동체의 상기 직선운동에 따라 제1회전축을 중심으로 경사운동부재를 기울이는 링크부재와, 상기 경사운동부재의 타단부에 설치되어 상기 직선운동방향 및 제1회전축의 방향에 모두 직각인 방향을 향하는 제2회전축과, 상기 제2회전축에 축결합되고 용접토치의 위빙작용을 위해 결합되어 있는 용접토치를 왕복운동시키는 위빙수단과, 상기 경사운동부재의 타단부에 설치되어 제2회전축을 중심으로 위빙수단을 선회시키는 좌우선회구동수단을 포함한다.
