Summary: | The present invention relates to a vehicle crash barrier having a high-strength elastomer which induces a shape of a guide beam to smoothly be changed during a vehicle crash; resists impact weight transmitted from the guide beam; and enables the impact weight to be equally distributed and transmitted to a post. The vehicle crash barrier having the high-strength elastomer has a bearing interposed between the post and the guide beam, resists the impact weight transmitted from the guide beam during the vehicle crash, and transmits the impact weight to the post. The bearing comprises: an external member which has six sides, is formed in a shape of a closure with the inside being empty, and is made of an iron material; and an internal member embedded in an upper space of the external member. The internal member is made of vulcanized rubber integrated to the inner space of the external member.
본 발명은 차량 충돌 시 가드 빔이 원활하게 형상 변형하도록 유도하면서 가드 빔에서 전달되는 충격하중에 반발하면서 충격하중을 등분포되게 지주 측으로 전달할 수 있게 하는 고강도 탄성체를 가지는 차량 방호울타리에 관한 것으로, 차량 방호울타리는 지주와 가드 빔 사이에 개재되되, 차량 충돌 시 가드 빔으로부터 전달되는 충격하중에 반발하면서 충격하중을 지주 측으로 전달하는 베어링을 가진다. 베어링은, 육면을 가지면서 내부가 빈 함체 형상으로 제공되는, 철재로 제작되는 외장부재; 및 외장부재의 내부공간에 내장되는 내장부재;를 포함하되, 내장부재는 외장부재의 내부공간에 일체화되는 가황된 고무로 이루어진다. |
