The present invention relates to a hydrogel mask pack composition having excellent oxygen permeability and to a hydrogel mask pack using the same and, more specifically, to a hydrogel mask pack produced by using a hydrogel mask pack composition comprising 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and a sodium acrylate monomer, as active ingredients. The hydrogel mask pack manufactured by using the hydrogel mask pack composition has improved oxygen permeability and has excellent skin adhesivity and increased skin safety by having high moisture contents and increased impregnation of functional active ingredients. Therefore, the hydrogel mask pack composition can be effectively used as a hydrogel mask pack product having high moisture content and high oxygen permeability as well as being impregnated with a large amount of functional active ingredients for skin improvement. 본 발명은 산소 투과도가 우수한 하이드로겔 마스크팩 조성물 및 이를 이용한 하이드로겔 마스크팩에 관한 것으로, 2-하이드록실 메타크릴레이트(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, HEMA) 및 아크릴산나트륨(sodium acrylate) 단량체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 따른 산소투과도가 우수한 하이드로겔 마스크팩 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 하이드로겔 마스크팩은 높은 수분 함량 및 기능성 유효성분의 함침이 높아져 산소 투과도가 향상될 뿐만 아니라 피부 부착력이 우수하고 피부안전성이 증대되는 이점이 있다. 따라서, 본 발명의 하이드로겔 마스크팩 조성물은 높은 수분 함량을 가지고 피부 개선을 위한 기능성 유효성분이 다량 함침될 뿐만 아니라 산소 투과도가 우수한 하이드로겔 마스크팩 제품으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
