Summary: | The present invention relates to a thermal mass flow meter for measuring a flow rate and, more specifically, to a thermal mass flow meter with a sintered filter capable of improving the accuracy of a sensor tube by making stratification earlier by mounting the sintered filter in an inlet of the sensor tube of the thermal mass flow meter and preventing the sensor tube from being clogged by filtering impurities flowing into the sensor tube. The present invention, in the thermal mass flow meter measuring a mass of a fluid flowing through a bypass (3) with the sensor tube (4) including a heater (5) and a resistance thermometer (6), provides the thermal mass flow meter with the sintered filter characterized by stratifying the flow of the fluid flowing inside the sensor tube (4) and removing the impurities contained in the fluid by mounting the sintered filter (19) in the flow inlet of the sensor tube (4).
본 발명은 유량 측정을 위한 열식 질량유량계에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 자세하게는 열식 질량유량계의 센서튜브 입구에 소결필터를 장착함으로써 층류화를 앞당겨 센서튜브의 정확도를 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 센서튜브로 들어가는 불순물을 여과함으로써 센서튜브가 막히는 것이 방지되는 소결필터가 장착된 열식 질량유량계에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 히터(5) 및 저항온도계(6)를 포함하는 센서튜브(4)를 이용하여 바이패스(3)를 지나는 유체의 질량을 계측하는 열식 질량유량계에 있어서, 상기 센서튜브(4)의 유동 입구에는 소결필터(19)가 장착되어 센서튜브(4)를 흐르는 유동을 층류화시키고 유체에 포함된 불순물을 제거하는 것이 특징인 소결필터를 장착한 열식 질량유량계를 제공한다. |
