Disclosed are a real-time daily worker job matching service system connected to at least one recruiting company terminal and a job seeker terminal through a network and a method thereof. The real-time daily worker job matching service system comprises: a database unit for saving information about recruiting companies, job seekers, and contracts; and a server for receiving recruiting request information including information about the field, area, and parts, from the recruiting company terminal, searching for and matching job seekers suitable for the recruiting request information, providing the recruiting information for a certain number of job seekers whose grades are higher among the matched job seekers, processing the confirmation after a confirmation request is received from the job seeker terminal, and notifying the recruiting company terminal of the confirmation. According to an embodiment, since the job seekers and recruiting companies are authenticated, the credibility is secured in the service and reducing the probability of disputes.
