The present invention relates to a multi health mask for performing a function of controlling humidity. A sheet module is installed on an inside surface of the mask worn to cover a nose and a mouth of a face while being disposed on a cheek part of the face, and supplied with water to supply moisture to the nose and the mouth of the face in a state of wearing the mask in order to control humidity around the nose and the mouth, whereby the multi health mask prevents cold and polluted air generated by dryness due to air-conditioned air and atmospheric pollution, yellow dust, fine dust, and the like from being inhaled, improves health of respiratory organs, and enables people of all ages and both sexes to easily use the mask. The multi health mask of the present invention comprises: a mask (10) installed with a hanger (11) for being hung on ears, on both ends, and with female and male coupling members (12a, 12b) on the both ends; a sheet module (20) disposed on the cheek part on the inside surface of the mask (10) and installed on the inside surface of the mask (10); and a water supply member (30) for supplying water to the sheet module (20). 본 발명은 안면부의 코와 입을 가릴 수 있도록 착용하는 마스크의 내측면에 시트지모듈을 설치하되, 시트지모듈이 안면부 볼부위에 위치하고, 시트지모듈에 물을 공급하여 마스크를 쓴상태에서 안면부의 코와 입에 습도를 공급받아 코 및 입주위의 습도를 조절하여 감기와 에어콘 냉방중 공기로 인해 건조해짐과 대기오염으로 인해 발생되는 오염된 공기, 황사, 미세먼지 등의 흡입방지와 호흡기건강을 증진시키며, 남녀노소 손쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 한 습도조절기능을 갖는 멀티 건강마스크는: 양단에 귀에 거는 걸대(11)가 설치되거나, 양단에 암,수결합부재(12a,12b)가 설치된 마스크(10)와; 상기 마스크(10)의 내측면중 볼부위 위치하여 상기 마스크(10) 내측면에 설치되는 시트지모듈(20)과; 상기 시트지모듈(20)에 물을 공급하는 물공급부재(30)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
