The present invention relates to a bone fixation system which reconstructs bones fractured by external injuries. The bone fixation system according to the present invention comprises: a metal plate in which a plurality of screw holes are formed such that the metal plate supports the bones in a state that the metal plate is attached to the bones fractured by the external injuries; screws which are coupled to the bones in a state that the screws are inserted into the screw holes; a wire which is tied to tissues of surroundings of the bones in a state that the wire is connected onto the screws; and washers which tightly fasten the wire in a state that the washers are inserted into the screws. Therefore, a bone fixation system according to the present invention has an effect of improving stability not only by fixating the fractured bones through the metal plate and the screws, but also by connecting the tissues and the metal plate to the surroundings of the fractured bones through the wire. 본 발명은 외상에 의해 골절된 뼈를 재건하는 뼈 고정 시스템에 관한 것으로 그 구성의 특징으로서, 상기 뼈에 부착되어 지지하도록 다수의 나사홀을 형성하는 금속판;과, 상기 나사홀에 삽입되어 뼈 내에 체결되는 나사;와, 상기 나사 상에 연결되어 뼈 주변의 조직과 묶음 되는 와이어; 및 상기 나사에 수용되어 와이어를 긴장되게 고정하는 와셔;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 금속판과 나사를 통해 골절된 뼈를 고정함과 함께 골절 주변에 조직과 금속판을 와이어로 연결시켜 안정성을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
