Disclosed are a hydrogen supply system for a submarine and a management method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hydrogen supply system for a submarine having a fuel cell comprises: a fuel reformer which generates hydrogen in a submarine by receiving hydrocarbon or alcohol fuel and supplies the generated hydrogen to the fuel cell; and a methyl cyclohexane (MCH) hydrogen generation device which generates hydrogen in the submarine by receiving MCH and supplies the generated hydrogen to the fuel cell. Therefore, the present invention flexibly supplies hydrogen fuel according to the operation conditions. 잠수함의 수소 공급 시스템 및 이의 운용 방법에 관하여 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 연료전지를 갖는 잠수함의 수소 공급 시스템으로서, 잠수함 내에서 탄화수소 또는 알코올 연료를 공급받아 수소를 발생시키며, 발생시킨 수소를 연료전지에 공급하는 연료개질기와, 잠수함 내에서 MCH(Methyl Cyclohexane)을 공급받아 수소를 발생시키며, 발생시킨 수소를 연료전지에 공급하는 MCH 수소발생장치를 포함하는 잠수함의 수소 공급 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
