According to the present invention, an apparatus to manufacture a wire hanger comprises: a wire transfer unit; a cutting unit cutting a wire; an upper mold and a lower mold; a first press-forming member installed to be able to descend towards a lower mold to bend one side of the wire located between the upper mold and the lower mold; a first operation part moving the first press-forming member; a second press-forming member installed to be able to descend towards the lower mold while being separated from the first press-forming member to bend another side of the wire; a second operation part moving the second press-forming member; a first primary bending unit and a second primary bending unit bending the wire primarily; a first secondary bending unit and a second secondary bending unit secondarily bending a part of the wire primarily bent by the first primary bending unit and the second primary bending unit; a twist unit twisting and binding both ends of the wire; and a hanger loop forming unit bending a part of the wire twisted by the twist unit to have a hanger loop shape. The apparatus to manufacture the wire hanger in accordance with the present invention is able to efficiently manufacture a new wire hanger comprising an inclined connection part between a trouser hanging part and both shoulder parts respectively. 본 발명에 따른 와이어 옷걸이 제조장치는, 와이어 이송유닛과, 와이어를 커팅하는 커팅유닛과, 상금형 및 하금형과, 상금형과 하금형 사이에 위치하는 와이어의 일측 부분을 눌러 벤딩할 수 있도록 하금형 쪽으로 하강할 수 있게 설치되는 제 1 가압 성형부재와, 제 1 가압 성형부재를 움직이는 제 1 작동구와, 와이어의 다른 일측 부분을 눌러 벤딩할 수 있도록 제 1 가압 성형부재와 이격되어 하금형 쪽으로 하강할 수 있게 설치되는 제 2 가압 성형부재와, 제 2 가압 성형부재를 움직이는 제 2 작동구와, 와이어를 일차 벤딩하는 제 1 일차 벤딩유닛 및 제 2 일차 벤딩유닛과, 와이어의 제 1 일차 벤딩유닛 및 제 2 일차 벤딩유닛에 의해 일차 벤딩된 부분을 이차 벤딩하는 제 1 이차 벤딩유닛 및 제 2 이차 벤딩유닛과, 와이어의 양쪽 끝단부를 꼬아서 묶어주는 트위스트 유닛과, 와이어의 트위스트 유닛에 의해 꼬인 부분을 걸고리 모양으로 벤딩하는 걸고리 성형유닛을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 와이어 옷걸이 제조장치는 바지 걸이부와 양쪽 어깨부 사이에 각각 경사 연결부가 구비된 새로운 와이어 옷걸이를 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다.
