Summary:The present invention relates to an aramid paper manufacturing process which: manufactures an aramid paper using a wet process without using a separate spinning nozzle, so that the thickness, weight, and pores can be evenly dispersed while the process time and manufacturing costs can be remarkably reduced; can control supply flow according to a predetermined size of pores through a simple operation by being configured to finely control the supply flow, which is stacked on a loop panel (a belt) from a supply hopper, in which a filter slurry solution is accommodated, according to ascent and descent of a lifting plate; and, by taking notice of the characteristics of the aramid, which are high heat resistance, elasticity, and hydrophilicity, performs a rolling process in two steps, wherein a roll heated up to 100-150C when performing a first rolling process and a roll heated up to 280-350C when performing a second rolling process. Accordingly, the aramid paper manufacturing process efficiently prevents a phenomenon that the thickness of the aramid is restored when the temperature changes, thereby being able to increase the density, extensibility, and tissue softening rate of the aramid. 본 발명은 습식공정을 이용하되 별도의 방사노즐을 사용하지 않음으로써 아라미드 페이퍼를 제조함으로써 두께, 중량 및 기공이 균일하게 분산됨과 동시에 공정시간 및 제조비용을 현저히 절감시킬 수 있고, 필터슬러리 용액이 수용되는 공급호퍼로부터 루프판(벨트)로 적층되는 공급유량이 승하강판의 승하강에 따라 정밀 제어되도록 구성됨으로써 간단한 조작을 통해 기 설정된 기공의 크기에 따라 공급유량을 제어할 수 있으며, 내열성, 탄성 및 친수성이 높은 아라미드의 특성을 감안하여 방지압연공정이 2단계로 분리되어 수행되고, 1차 압연공정 시 100 ~ 150℃로 가열된 롤을 사용하고, 2차 압연공정 시 280 ~ 350℃로 가열된 롤을 사용함으로써 온도 변화 시 온도변화 시 두께가 복원되는 현상을 효율적으로 방지하여 밀도, 신장성 및 조직 연화율을 높일 수 있는 아라미드 페이퍼 제조공정에 관한 것이다.
