Summary:The present invention relates to a low-temperature synthesis method of aluminum nitride and, more specifically, to a method for synthesizing aluminum nitride by: heating and degreasing feed stock granules, which is made by pressing and kneading a mixture powder containing 0.5-8 wt% of a zinc powder, 0.01-2 wt% of a magnesium powder, 0.01-1 wt% of a silicon powder, 0.01-1 wt% of a copper powder, and the remainder aluminum powder, together with an organic binder, or a molded body prepared from the feed stock granules in the nitrogen gas atmosphere at normal pressure, thereby preparing a porous body; and then inducing a rapid nitride reaction of the aluminum powder. Further, the present invention relates to a method for synthesizing a composite substance with a high content of aluminum nitride, by further adding at least one inorganic material, which is selected from the group consisting of lithium, calcium, phosphor, gadolinium, iron, nickel, cobalt, manganese, silver, chrome, zirconium, strontium, molybdenum, tungsten, and alloys thereof or Al_2O_3, SiO_2, ZrO_2, CaO, Y_2O_3, TiC, TiN, B_4C, SiC, Si_3N_4, TiB_2, h-BN, c-BN, diamond, carbon nanotubes, and graphene, to the aluminum mixed powder, and then sintering the mixture in the nitrogen gas atmosphere. 본 발명은 질화알루미늄의 저온 합성 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 0.5 내지 8 중량%의 아연 분말, 0.01 내지 2 중량%의 마그네슘 분말, 0.01 내지 1 중량%의 실리콘 분말, 0.01 내지 1 중량%의 구리 분말 및 잔량의 알루미늄 분말을 포함하는 혼합분말을 유기결합제와 가압혼련하여 만든 피드스탁 과립 또는 이것으로 만들어지는 성형체를 상압의 질소가스분위기 하에서 가열탈지하여 다공질체를 만들고 이어 알루미늄 분말의 급격한 질화반응을 유발시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화알루미늄 합성방법에 관한 것이며, 추가로 리튬, 칼슘, 인, 가돌리움, 철, 니켈, 코발트, 망간, 은, 크롬, 지르코늄, 스트론튬, 몰리브데늄, 텅스텐 및 이들의 합금 혹은 AlO, SiO, ZrO, CaO, YO, TiC, TiN, BC, SiC, SiN, TiB, h-BN, c-BN, 다이어몬드, 탄소나노튜브 및 그래핀으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 무기물을 상기 알루미늄 혼합분말에 더 첨가하여 질소가스분위기하에서 소결함으로써 질화알루미늄 함량이 높은 복합상 물질을 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
