The present invention relates to a fire fighting sprinkler for a building. The fire fighting sprinkler for the building according to the present invention comprises: a water outlet head combined to a water outlet pipe rotatably installed at a cold and warm water mixing header comprising an electronic valve of a kitchen hydrant; a rotation unit rotating the water outlet pipe; and a control unit controlling the electronic valve and the rotation unit. The fire fighting sprinkler of the present invention can be used in a direct water mode or a shower mode toward a sink in ordinary times, and can put out a fire at the initial stage of fire outbreak by spraying tap water toward a gas stove in case the fire breaks out at the gas stove close to the sink, and also can put out the fire more effectively by being operated in a swing mode of spraying the tap water toward the gas stove and a ventilation hood. Thus, the fire fighting sprinkler of the building can be installed at the kitchen hydrant rapidly and simply at low cost. 본 발명은 건축물의 소방용 스프링클러 장치에 관한 것으로, 주방급수전의 전자밸브가 구비된 냉온수혼합헤더에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 출수관에 결합되는 출수헤드와, 출수관을 회동시키는 회동수단 및 전자밸브와 회동수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하여 평상시에는 싱크대의 개수대를 향하여 직수모드 또는 샤워모드로 사용될 수 있으며, 싱크대에 근접한 가스레인지에서 화재가 발생하였을 경우에는 가스레인지를 향하여 수돗물을 분사하여 화재발생 초기에 진화할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 가스레인지와 배기후드를 향하여 분사하는 스윙모드로 작동함으로써 화재를 보다 효과적으로 진화할 수 있도록 하며, 주방급수전에 적은 비용으로 신속, 간편하게 설치할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
