Summary:The present invention relates to a small sea water desalination facility for treating island area fresh water and sea water. According to the present invention, the small sea water desalination facility comprises: a pretreated water storage tank (40) storing filtered fresh water and sea water; a high-pressure pumping device (60) in which a plurality of high-pressure pumps are installed in series and in parallel while the fresh water and sea water is pressed and pumped by a reverse osmosis filtration device; the reverse osmosis filtration device (70) for filtering and treating the supplied fresh water and sea water; a treated water storage tank (80) for storing the treated water discharged from the reverse osmosis filtration device; a water exchange pipe (90) for selectively supplying a portion of concentrated water discharged from the reverse osmosis filtration device to the pretreated water storage tank (40); a normal drain pipe (100) for normally draining the portion of concentrated water discharged from the reverse osmosis filtration device; a select drain pipe (110) for selectively draining the concentrated water; a drain branch pipe (140) branched for recycling a portion of the drained concentrated water; and a mineral concentrated storage tank (150) for chemically treating a portion of concentrated water branched to the drain branch pipe (140). According to the present invention, power consumption is reduced, and overloading of a high-pressure pump and consequent shortening of the service life are prevented. Therefore, water intake source utilization rates insufficient in an island area can be maximized, and a good quality of drinking water can be supplied for residents in an island area. 본 발명은 도서지역 담해수 처리용 소형 해수담수화 시설에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 여과된 담해수가 저장되는 전처리수저장조(40), 담해수를 역삼투압여과장치로 가압 펌핑하며 다수의 고압 펌프가 직,병렬로 설치된 고압펌핑장치(60), 공급된 담해수를 여과 처리하는 역삼투압여과장치(70), 역삼투압여과장치에서 배출된 처리수가 저장되는 처리수저장조(80), 역삼투압역과장치에서 배출되는 농축수의 일부를 선택적으로 전처리수저장조(40)로 공급하는 환수관(90), 역삼투압역과장치에서 배출되는 농축수의 일부가 상시 드레인되는 상시드레인관(100), 농축수를 선택적으로 드레인시키는 선택드레인관(110), 상시 드레인되는 농축수의 일부를 재활용하기 위해 분기된 드레인분기관(140), 드레인분기관(140)으로 분기된 농축수 일부가 여과 처리된 후 약품 처리되는 미네랄농축수저장조(150)을 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 전력 소모를 줄이면서 고압펌프의 과부하 및 이로 인한 수명 단축을 방지하면서 도서지역의 부족한 취수원 활용율을 최대화시킴과 더불어 도서지역 주민들에게 양질의 음용수를 제공할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
