A canopy having an opening and closing roof structure is provided. The canopy having an opening and closing roof structure comprises: a roof which is installed by multiple posts vertically positioned on the ground at a certain height and has an opening part on the inner side; an opening and closing unit which is installed on the top of the roof to open and close the opening part of the roof; a drive unit which provides driving force to the opening and closing unit; and a guide unit which guides the opening and closing operation of the opening and closing unit. Therefore, the present invention easily performs natural lighting and indoor ventilation by partially opening the roof according to the weather conditions and the contamination degree of the internal space of the canopy. 개폐식 지붕구조를 갖는 캐노피가 제공된다. 제공된 개폐식 지붕구조를 갖는 캐노피는 지면으로부터 소정 높이로 세워지는 다수의 지주들에 의해 설치되며, 내측에 개구부가 마련된 지붕; 상기 지붕의 상부에 설치되며, 상기 지붕의 개구부를 개폐하기 위한 개폐유닛; 상기 개폐유닛에 구동력을 제공하는 구동유닛 및 상기 개폐유닛의 개폐동작을 안내하는 가이드유닛을 포함하여 구성되며, 기상조건 및 캐노피 내부공간의 공기 오염 정도에 따라 지붕을 부분적으로 개방하여 자연 채광 및 실내 환기를 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 한다.
