Summary: | The present invention provides a unit forming tool to form a radiation fin with improved drainage performance which forms a louver of a radiation fin emitting heat in a wavy or diagonal shape by being in contact with tubes of a heat exchanger; and a forming tool assembly using the same. The tool assembly using the unit forming tool to form the radiation fin comprises: a first louver forming unit on an outer circumference; a pair of first cover members; and sawtooth-shaped first forming units formed on the outer circumference of a first main body unit on a disk, and installed between the first cover members. First unit forming tools having the first louver forming unit and a second louver forming unit is formed on both sides of the first forming unit. A first tool unit includes a first connection unit connecting the first cover members and the first unit forming tools. A pair of second cover members forms the radiation fin by being connected to the first tool unit, and has the second louver forming unit on the outer circumference. The sawtooth-shaped second forming units are formed on the outer circumference of a second main body unit on the disk, and second unit forming tools are installed between the first cover members. The second unit forming tools has a third and fourth louver forming unit on both sides of the second forming unit. The first tool unit includes the first connection unit connecting the second cover members and the second unit forming tools. An end of the first and second louver forming units of the first forming units and the end of the third and fourth louver forming units of the second forming unit are formed in a wavy form to bend the louver formed in a wave shape.
본 발명의 방열핀의 성형을 위한 단위성형툴를 이용한 툴조립체는 외주면에 제1루버미성형부를 한쌍의 제 1커버부재들과, 상기 제 1커버부재들의 사이에 설치되며 디스크상의 제1본체부 외주부에 톱니형의 제1성형부들이 형성되고, 제 1성형부의 양측면에 제 1,2루버형성부가 마련된 제1단위성형툴들과, 상기 제1커버부재들과 제1단위성형툴들을 상호 결합하는 제 1결합부를 포함하는 제1툴유닛과 상기 제1툴유닛와 결합되어 방열핀을 성형하는 것으로, 외주면에 제2루버미성형부를 한쌍의 제 2커버부재들과, 상기 제 1커버부재들의 사이에 설치되며 디스크상의 제 2본체부 외주부에 톱니형의 제2성형부들이 형성되고, 제 2성형부의 양측면에 제 3,4루버형성부가 마련된 제2단위성형툴들과, 상기 제2커버부재들과 제2단위성형툴들을 상호 결합하는 제 1결합부를 포함하는 제1툴유닛과 상기 제1성형부들의 각 제 1,2루버형성부의 단부와 상기 제 2성형부의 제 3,4루버형성부의 단부는 성형되는 루버를 파형으로 밴딩하기 위해 파상을 형성된다. |
