Summary:The present invention relates to a non-excavation device and method for repairing an entire pipe line. More specifically, the non-excavation device and method for repairing an entire pipe line is characterized in that a lubricant oil supply unit for injecting lubricant oil on a pipe is installed to prevent a blocking phenomenon caused by suspension of the pipe on an edge part of a bent pipe while the pipe that moves to the inside of a pipe line is passing through the bent pipe, such as an L-shaped pipe line and a pipe line with a curved surface; and an injection nozzle installed inside a reverse tank is connected to a tube vibration device. In regards to this, the tube vibration device continuously injects compressed air injected via the injection nozzle by control of an air injection control part at intervals of three-tenths of a second. Accordingly, vibration is transferred to a tube positioned on the bent pipe by impact transferred to the tube when striking the tube when striking the tube, thereby rapidly performing moving operation by a slip of the tube stuck in the bent pipe. 본 발명은 비굴착 관로 전체 보수장치 및 공법에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세히는 관로의 내부로 이동하는 튜브가 'ㄴ'자 형상의 관로와 곡면 처리된 관로 등의 굽은 관을 통과하는 과정에서 굽은 관의 모서리부분에 튜브가 걸리면서 막히게 되는 현상을 방지하도록 튜브에 윤활유를 분사시키는 윤활유장치를 설치하고, 반전탱크의 내부에 설치되는 분사노즐은 튜브진동장치와 연결되며, 튜브진동장치는 공기분사 제어부의 제어에 의해 분사노즐로 분사되는 압축공기를 0.3초 간격으로 연속으로 분사시켜 튜브를 타격하면 튜브에 전달되는 충격에 의해 굽은 관에 위치한 튜브까지 진동이 전달되면서 굽은 관에 막혀있는 튜브가 미끄러지면서 신속하게 이동작업을 수행하는 비굴착 관로 전체 보수장치 및 공법에 관한 것이다.
