Summary:The present invention relates to an automatic dosing system and method of an annealing and pickling line. In regards to this, the automatic dosing system supplies pickling liquid consisting of acid and water to a pickling tank such that a coil is pickled by passing through the inside of the pickling tank in an annealing and pickling line. More specifically, the automatic dosing system comprises: a level measuring part which measures a level of the pickling tank; a first calculating part which calculates input amounts of acid and water required for the pickling tank in accordance of the level measured by the level measuring part; and a control part which controls whether the input amounts of acid and water should be supplied, and whether the pickling liquid should be discharged from the pickling tank depending on the measured level. Accordingly, the automatic dosing system can consistently maintain the level of the pickling tank and the concentration of the pickling liquid in the pickling tank, thereby improving the surface quality of a coil and pickling efficiency. 본 발명은 소둔 산세 라인에서 코일이 산세탱크 내부를 지나며 산세되도록 산세탱크에 산과 물로 이루어진 산세액을 공급하는 자동 도징 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 자동 도징 시스템은 산세탱크의 레벨을 계측하는 레벨 계측부; 레벨 계측부로부터 계측된 레벨에 따라 산세탱크에 필요한 산과 물 투입량을 계산하는 제1 계산부; 및 계측된 레벨에 따라 산세탱크에 공급할 산과 물 투입량의 공급 여부와 산세탱크로부터 산세액의 배출 여부를 제어하는 제어부; 를 포함한다. 이에 의해 산세탱크의 레벨과 산세탱크 내 산세액 농도를 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있어 코일의 표면 품질을 높이고, 산세효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.`
