The present invention relates to a reverse osmosis membrane sterilizer used to realize stable equipment maintenance and management efficiencies of a reverse osmosis membrane; and to a reverse osmosis membrane sterilization treatment method. The reverse osmosis membrane sterilizer of the present invention comprises chlorosulfamate and bromosulfamate. Also, the reverse osmosis membrane sterilizer is manufactured by the following processes of: (a) manufacturing a solution 1 by injecting sodium hydroxide, sulfamic acid, and a polymeric dispersant into water; (2) manufacturing a solution 2 by injecting NaBr to NaOCl; and (3) mixing the solution 1 with the solution 2. 본 발명은 산업용수 생산 및 용수 재활용 등을 위해 수요가 증가하고 있는 역삼투막에 대해서 안정적인 설비 관리와 운용 효율화를 실현하기 위한 목적으로 사용하는 역삼투막 살균제 및 역삼투막 살균처리방법에 대한 것이다.
