Summary:The present invention relates to an implant-combined prosthetic appliance capable of being easily operated and corrected and, more specifically, to an implant-combined prosthetic appliance coupled with a transplanted implant. An implant and a combining prosthetic appliance may be easily coupled with each other, and assembly and disassembly thereof may be easily performed during an operation and correction. According to the present invention, following effects are ensured. Through the characteristic structure thereof which is easily coupled without using a screw coupling scheme, release and fracture may be prevented. A hole does not have to be formed in a tooth, so durability may be prevented from being reduced. Moreover, when a problem occurs after an implant is transplanted, a tooth may be easily separated without being destroyed. Accordingly, inconvenience which patients feel may be alleviated. The implant-combined prosthetic appliance comprises: an abutment (100) coupled with an upper side of an implant (10); and a crown coupling structure (200) coupled with an upper side of the abutment (100), and having a crown (20) attached to an upper side thereof. 본 발명은 시술 및 보정이 용이한 임플란트 결합보철물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 이식된 임플란트에 결합되는 결합보철물로써, 임플란트와 결합보철물의 결합이 쉽게 이루어질 수 있도록 하며, 재 시술 및 보정 시에도 손쉽게 결합 및 분리가 용이한 시술 및 보정이 용이한 임플란트 결합보철물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 다음과 같은 효과를 발휘한다. 즉, 나사 체결방식을 사용하지 않고, 쉽게 결합할 수 있는 특유의 특징적 구조를 통하여, 풀림 및 파절이 발생하지 않으며, 치아에 구멍을 만들 필요가 없어 내구성이 약해지는 것도 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 임플란트 식립 후 문제가 발생 시 치아를 파괴하지 않고 쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 함으로, 환자들에 불편함을 개선시키는 효과를 발휘 한다.
