Summary:The present invention relates to a device and a construction method to maintain the whole of water supply and drainage without excavation. More specifically, compressed air, sprayed from a tube vibrating device, is sprayed into a tube, moving along a duct, at 0.3 second intervals to strike the tube, so vibrations are delivered to the tube in a curved pipe by a shock to the tube while the closed tube in the curved pipe is quickly moved. Steam is sprayed from a tube stiffening device to a tip of the completely moved tube while the steam is reversely supplied to the position of a reversal tank to improve stiffening quality of the tube. An automatic discharge pressure device, installed outside the reversal tank, discharges steam pressure while one person is able to control, in one place, the supply and discharge of steam pressure for the inside of the tube. 본 발명은 비굴착 상하수도 전체 보수장치 및 공법에 관한 것이며, 더욱 상세히는 관로를 따라서 이동하는 튜브의 내부에 튜브진동장치에서 분사되는 압축공기를 0.3초 간격으로 연속으로 분사시켜 튜브를 타격하면 튜브에 전달되는 충격에 의해 굽은 관에 위치한 튜브까지 진동이 전달되면서 굽은 관에 막혀있는 튜브를 신속하게 이동하고, 이동이 완료된 튜브의 끝 부분에 튜브 경화장치에서 공급되는 스팀이 분사되면서 반전탱크가 위치한 부분까지 스팀을 역으로 공급하여 튜브의 경화품질을 향상시키는 동시에 반전탱크 외부에 설치되는 자동배출압력장치에서 스팀압력을 외부로 배출하면서 튜브 내부의 스팀압력 공급 및 배출을 한 곳에서 한 사람이 제어할 수 있도록 한 비굴착 상하수도 전체 보수장치 및 공법에 관한 것이다.
