Summary: | The present invention relates to a multi-axis precious metals processing apparatus using CNC comprising: a frame; a main processing unit which is installed in a vertical direction to be vertically moved in the frame, in which a first processing member is disposed to be rotated in a front end portion, and in which a first drive motor is connected to transfer a rotary force of the first drive motor in a rear end portion to process precious metals through the first processing member; an auxiliary processing unit which is installed in a horizontal direction in a position adjacent to the main processing unit of the frame, in which a second processing member is disposed in a front end portion, in which a second drive motor is connected to transfer a rotary force of the second drive motor to a rear end portion, and formed to be horizontally moved and vertically moved to process precious metals through the second processing member; and a central control unit of controlling operations of the main processing unit and the auxiliary processing unit according to a set program. The multi-axis precious metals processing apparatus using CNC has effects of more variously, finely, and accurately processing precious metals by applying the main processing unit in a vertical direction and an auxiliary processing unit in a horizontal direction at the same time by including a locking means allowing a sliding door to be temporarily paused in an opening position.
CNC를 이용한 다축 귀금속 가공장치에 관한 것으로, 프레임; 상기 프레임에 상하 이동이 가능하도록 수직방향으로 설치되며, 선단부에는 제1 가공부재가 회전가능하게 배치되고, 후단부에는 제1 구동모터의 회전력이 전달되도록 연결되어 상기 제1 가공부재를 통해 귀금속을 가공하는 주가공유닛; 상기 프레임의 주가공유닛 인접위치에 수평방향으로 설치되며, 선단부에는 제2 가공부재가 회전가능하게 배치되고, 후단부에는 제2 구동모터의 회전력이 전달되도록 연결되며, 좌우 이동과 상하 이동이 가능하도록 구성되어 상기 제2 가공부재를 통해 귀금속을 가공하는 보조가공유닛; 및 상기 주가공유닛과 상기 보조가공유닛의 동작을 설정된 프로그램에 따라 제어하는 중앙제어장치를 포함하는 CNC를 이용한 다축 귀금속 가공장치. 개방위치에서 상기 슬라이딩 도어를 일시 정지시켜주는 잠금수단을 포함하여 수직방향의 주가공부와 수평방향의 보조가공부를 동시에 적용하여 보다 다양하고, 세밀하면서도 정확하게 귀금속을 가공할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다. |
