The present invention relates to a viscous synthetic rubber-based waterproofing material using waste oil and waste rubber, and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the viscous synthetic rubber-based waterproofing material is prepared by the preparation method in which finely pulverized waste rubber powder, asphalt, a tackifier, a thermoplastic rubber, an asphalt modifier, and a filler are mixed and added to an oil obtained from collecting and distilling waste oils produced from automobile engine oil, industrial gear oil and hydraulic oil, etc., to produce a material having high elasticity and high viscosity, and the material is used to coat various materials, depending upon the use, such as an asphalt sheet, a non-woven fabric, a PP woven fabric, a HDPE film, and a PE foam to produce a waterproofing sheet. The present invention extracts a waterproofing material from a mixture of 15-25 wt% of waste oil, 5-10 wt% of waste rubber powder, 30-40 wt% of asphalt, 10-20 wt% of a tackifier, 5-20 wt% of an asphalt modifier, and 15-30 wt% of a filler, with respect to 100 wt% of the total weight of the material. 본 발명은 폐유와 폐고무를 이용한 점착형 합성고무계 방수재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 자동차 엔진오일, 산업체 기어오일, 유압 작동유 등으로 사용되어 폐기 처리하는 폐유를 수거하여 정제시킨 오일에 미분말로 분쇄된 폐고무 파우더, 아스팔트, 점착 부여재, 열가소성 고무, 아스팔트 개질제, 충진제를 혼합하여 유연성과 고점착성을 지닌 물질로 조성한 후 아스팔트 시트, 부직포, PP직포, HDPE필름, PE폼 등 사용용도에 따라 도포하여 방수시트로 조성하기 위한 폐유와 폐고무를 이용한 점착형 합성고무계 방수재 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 전체 100중량%에서, 폐유 15중량% ∼ 25 중량%, 폐고무 파우더 5중량% ∼ 10 중량%, 아스팔트 30중량% ∼ 40 중량%를 투입하고, 점착 부여재 10중량% ∼ 20 중량%, 아스팔트 개질제 5중량% ∼ 20 중량%, 충진제 15중량% ∼ 30 중량%를 투입하여, 혼합시킨 방수재료를 추출한다.
