The microorganism is Corynebacterium sp. having a decomposing activity for petroleum oil, and named as KSS-2. The KSS-2 is deposited with Accession No. KCTC 12863BP, gram positive, aerobic, and has an optimum growth temperature of 25-30°C and pH of 6-8. 풍화된 유류에 대한 분해능력이 우수한 새로운 미생물 균주를 선별하여 제시한다. 그 미생물은 유류 분해 활성을 갖는 코리네박테리움 에스피.(Corynebacterium sp.) KSS-2 [KCTC 12863BP]이며, 그람양성균(gram positive)이고, 호기성(aerobic)이며, 최적성장온도는 25~30℃이고, pH는 6~8이다.
