The present invention relates to: spider venom 82 (SV82) polypeptide composed of an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2; SV82 polypeptide coding gene composed of a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 which has optimized codons of coliform bacillus; a recombinant vector comprising the gene; coliform bacillus transformed with the recombinant vector; a method for producing SV82 polypeptide by transforming an host cell into the recombinant vector; and a cosmetic composition comprising SV82 polypeptide as an effective component for alleviating skin wrinkle and maintaining elasticity of skin. The cosmetic composition of the present invention can enhance effects of alleviating skin wrinkles and maintaining skin elasticity, and thus can be usefully used for fields of functional cosmetics or cosmetic surgery. 본 발명은 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 SV82(spider venom 82) 폴리펩타이드, 대장균 코돈 최적화된 서열번호 1의 염기서열로 이루어진 SV82 폴리펩타이드 코딩 유전자, 상기 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터, 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 대장균, 상기 재조합 벡터로 숙주세포를 형질전환시켜 SV82 폴리펩타이드를 생산하는 방법 및 SV82 폴리펩타이드를 유효성분으로 포함하는 피부 주름 개선 및 피부 탄력 유지용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 피부 주름 개선 및 피부 탄력 유지 효과를 증진시킬 수 있는 효과가 있으므로, 추후 기능성 화장품 분야 또는 미용성형 분야에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.
