The present invention provides a die unit capable of forming a product with excellent quality by solving that formability of a material to be formed becomes degraded in an initial stage of being pressed, and a press device including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the die unit comprises: an outer die member having a hollow which a punch member enters to form the material to be formed; a rotation die member installed in an inner side of the outer die member to be able to rotate, wherein one end coming in contact with the material to be formed is provided in a round shape; and a large diameter member installed in the outer die member to be inserted into an insertion groove unit formed in the rotation die member as the punch member is inserted into the hollow, wherein a part coming in contact with the material to be formed in the large diameter member is provided in the round shape with a larger curvature radius than one end of the rotation die member. Moreover, in accordance with the other embodiment of the present invention, the press device comprises: the die unit; a punch unit including the punch member and a press cylinder pressing the punch member to the die unit; and a fixing unit installed in both ends of the die unit such that the material to be formed is attached to the die unit and supported. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 금형유닛은 피성형소재를 성형하도록, 펀치부재가 진입하는 중공이 형성된 외부금형부재, 상기 외부금형부재의 내측에 회전되게 구비되며, 상기 피성형소재가 접하게 되는 일단부가 라운드 형상으로 제공되는 회전금형부재 및 상기 펀치부재가 상기 중공에 삽입됨에 따라 상기 회전금형부재에 형성된 삽입홈부에 삽입되게 상기 외부금형부재에 구비되며, 상기 피성형소재와 접하는 부분이 상기 회전금형부재의 일단부보다 곡률 반경이 큰 라운드 형상으로 제공되는 대경부재를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 프레스 장치는 상기 금형유닛, 상기 펀치부재와, 상기 펀치부재를 상기 금형유닛으로 가압하는 프레스실린더를 구비하는 펀치유닛 및 상기 금형유닛과의 사이에 상기 피성형소재가 밀착 지지되도록, 상기 금형유닛의 양단부에 제공되는 고정유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
