Summary: | The present invention particularly relates to a coil component which can be easily manufactured while having a minimized size, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the coil component comprises: a first coil part including a stacked substrate to which a first conductor pattern is formed; a second coil part including a stacked substrate to which a second conductor pattern is formed; a core joined to the first and the second coil part while penetrating through the first and the second coil part; and an insulating member of which the second conductor pattern is reclaimed inside while securing an insulation distance with the second conductor pattern and the first conductor pattern.
본 발명은 상세하게는 코일 부품을 크기를 최소화하면서 제조가 용이한 코일 부품과 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 코일 부품은, 제1 도체 패턴이 형성된 적층 기판을 포함하는 제1 코일부; 제2 도체 패턴이 형성된 적층 기판을 포함하는 제2 코일부; 상기 제1, 제2 코일부를 관통하며 상기 제1, 제2 코일부에 결합되는 코어; 및 상기 제2 도체 패턴을 내부에 매립하며 상기 제2 도체 패턴과 상기 제1 도체 패턴과의 절연 거리를 확보하는 절연 부재;를 포함할 수 있다. |
