Summary:The present invention provides a cell transfer detection kit including: a case; a cytoskeleton change detection unit arranged on the inner lower surface of the case and measuring impedance in accordance with a change in a cell shape, wherein the cytoskeleton change detection unit discharges metalloproteinase; a channel layer arranged on the upper part of the cytoskeleton change detection unit and having an inlet formed on one side, in which a cell flows, wherein the channel layer includes a path in which the metalloproteinase discharged from the cytoskeleton change detection unit moves and an outlet discharging the cell to the outside; and an enzyme detection unit arranged in the upper part of the channel layer and measuring capacitance changed by cutting protein fixed in advance as the metalloproteinase is transferred. Therefore, the cell transfer detection kit can rapidly and quantitatively measure a small amount of the metalloproteinase which is hard to be detected by an existing sensing method for the metalloproteinase. 본 발명은 케이스; 상기 케이스의 내측 하부면에 배치되고, 세포 형태의 변화에 따라 임피던스를 측정하고, 금속단백분해효소(metalloproteinase)를 배출하는 세포골격변화검출부; 상기 세포골격변화검출부 상부에 배치되고, 일측에 세포가 유입되는 유입구가 형성되며, 상기 세포골격변화검출부에서 배출되는 금속단백분해효소가 이동하는 유통로가 형성되고, 타측으로 세포를 배출하는 유출구가 형성된 채널층; 및 상기 채널층 상부에 배치되며, 상기 금속단백분해효소가 이송되어 미리 고정된 단백질을 절단시켜 변화되는 정전용량을 측정하는 효소검출부를 포함하는 세포 전이 검출키트를 제공한다. 따라서 종래의 금속단백분해효소의 센싱 방법으로 검출이 어려운 소량의 금속단백분해효소를 신속하고 정량적으로 측정할 수 있다.
