The present invention relates to a video harmfulness determination system. The video harmfulness determination system of the present invention includes: region detection means for generating a skin map image by extracting an original image of a particular frame from a video input to a user terminal and extracting a skin region included in the original image or an image of a region of interest with a pre-generated color model so that the skin region is extracted by the region of interest of the extracted original image being specified; calculation means for calculating characteristic values of a color, a texture, and a line of the skin region extracted by the region detection means and a characteristic value of the entire image region; and harmful image classification means for harmful image classification based on comparison between the characteristic value calculated by the calculation means and a comparison value calculated in advance by an image learning model. According to the present invention, harmful image determination is performed in view of the characteristic values of the color, the texture, and the line of the skin region and the characteristic value of the entire image region alike, and thus the classification can be performed with a high level of accuracy. 본 발명은 동영상 유해성 판단 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 사용자 단말기에 입력되는 동영상에서 특정 프레임의 원본 이미지를 추출하고, 추출된 원본 이미지의 관심영역을 특정하여 피부영역을 추출하기 위해 미리 생성된 컬러모델로 원본 이미지 또는 관심영역 이미지에 포함된 피부영역을 추출하여 피부맵 이미지를 생성하는 영역 검출수단과, 상기 영역 검출수단에 의해 추출된 피부영역의 색상, 질감, 라인의 특징값과 이미지 전체 영역의 특징값을 산출하는 연산수단과, 상기 연산수단에서 산출된 특징값과 이미지 학습모델에 의해 기산출된 비교값을 대조하여 유해 이미지를 분류하는 유해 이미지 분류수단을 포함하여 제공된다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 피부영역의 색상, 질감, 라인의 특징값과 이미지 전체 영역의 특징값을 함께 고려하여 유해 이미지를 판단하도록 하여, 보다 정확도가 높은 분류가 이루어지도록 하는 효과가 있다.
