Summary:The present invention relates to a laser handpiece used in dentistry, and more specifically, to a dental laser handpiece having an optical structure for preventing damage to optical fiber caused by laser beam feedback. According to the present invention, the dental laser handpiece having an optical structure for preventing damage to optical fiber comprises: optical fiber in which a laser beam is transmitted; a tip to emit the laser beam to a tooth; a reflective mirror to reflect the inputted laser beam to transmit the laser beam to the tip; and a defocusing lens to defocus the laser beam outputted from the optical fiber to focus the laser beam on the reflective mirror. 본 발명은 치과에서 사용하는 레이저 핸드피스에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 레이저빔의 되먹임에 의한 광섬유의 손상을 예방하는 광학구조를 갖는 치과용 레이저 핸드피스에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광섬유의 손상을 예방하는 광학구조를 갖는 치과용 레이저 핸드피스는 레이저빔이 전송되는 광섬유; 레이저빔을 치아로 조사하는 팁; 입력되는 레이저빔을 반사시켜 상기 팁으로 전송하는 반사경; 상기 광섬유에서 출력되는 레이저빔을 디포커싱시켜 상기 반사경으로 집속시키는 디포커싱렌즈;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
