According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a cutter ring for a disc cutter comprises: an inner member preparing step of preparing an inner member with a ring-shape; a hard metal-preformed product preparing step of preparing a preformed product made of a hard metal material and having a through hole formed on an interior thereof to be inserted into the outer circumference of the inner member; a coupling step of inserting the preformed product into the outer circumference of the inner member to be coupled; and a joining step of joining the preformed product with the inner member to form a joined body. The preformed product includes a process part having the shape of a ring gradually becoming narrower toward the outer circumference. According to the present invention, a quantity of the hard metal material, which is used to manufacture the cutter ring for the disc cutter, is reduced thereby saving manufacturing costs. 본 발명에 의하면, 디스크커터용 커터링을 제조하는 방법으로서, 고리 형상의 내측 부재를 준비하는 내측 부재 준비 단계; 상기 내측 부재의 외주에 끼워질 수 있도록 내부에 통공이 형성된 초경합금 소재의 예비성형품을 준비하는 초경합금 예비성형품 준비 단계; 상기 예비성형품을 상기 내측 부재의 외주에 끼워서 결합하는 결합 단계; 및 상기 예비성형품과 상기 내측 부재를 접합하여 접합체를 형성하는 접합 단계를 포함하며, 상기 예비성형품은 외주 쪽으로 갈수록 좁아지는 고리형상의 가공부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크커터용 커터링의 제조방법이 제공된다.
