The present invention relates to an evaporation source comprising: a crucible wherein evaporation material is accommodated therein to diffuse an evaporation particle by evaporating the evaporation material by heating; a distribution tube coupled to an upper portion of the crucible in a transverse direction to communicate with the crucible; a plurality of diffuser bodies separately coupled to the distribution tube in the longitudinal direction, wherein a recessed groove is formed in a shape of a truncated cone from an upper portion to a lower portion to minimize the cross section, wherein a plurality of diffusion holes penetrates the bottom of the recessed groove; and a truncated diffusion unit whose cross section is expanded to an upper portion from the bottom of the recessed groove to be spaced apart from the side wall of the recessed groove by the outer circumference. The evaporation source may also comprise a diffusion head coupled to the bottom of the recessed groove at the center of the diffusion holes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an evaporation source to improve uniformity of deposition of a deposition layer by diffusing the evaporation particle. 본 발명은 증발원에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 내부에 증발물질이 수용되며, 가열에 따라 상기 증발물질이 증발되어 증발입자가 분출되는 도가니; 상기 도가니의 상단에서 횡방향으로 결합되어 상기 도가니와 연통되는 분배관; 상기 분배관의 길이방향을 따라 복수개가 이격되어 결합되고, 상단에서 하단을 향하여 단면이 축소되도록 뿔대 형상으로 함입홈이 형성되며, 상기 함입홈의 바닥에는 복수의 분사홀이 관통하여 상기 바닥의 외주를 따라 형성되는 디퓨져 바디; 및 외주면이 상기 함입홈의 측벽과 이격되도록 상기 함입홈의 바닥에서 상단을 향하여 단면이 확대되는 뿔대 형상의 확산부를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 분사홀의 중앙의 상기 함입홈의 바닥에 결합되는 디퓨져 헤드를 포함할 수 있다.
