Summary:The present invention provides a panel waterproof agent of light reflex and heat insulation for a pitched roof, which saves energy by blocking heat transfer into and out of the building, and enhances water resistance and durability, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method thereof. The panel water proof agent comprises, 40-55 wt% of water-soluble acrylic copolymer, 0.1-0.5 wt% of texanol, 0.05-0.3 wt% of dispersant, 0.05-0.3 wt% of anti-foam agent, 0.05-0.3 wt% of antiseptics or anti-microbials, 0.05-0.3 wt% of thickener, 10-25 wt% of calcium carbonate, 5-10 wt% of iron oxide, 5-15 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0.1-1.0 wt% of color pigment, 5-15 wt% of thermal conductivity resistant substance, 0.1-3 wt% of light reflecting substance. According to the present invention, the agent has excellent anti-corrosion performance and durability as well as water resistance for the coated object; is environment-friendly; maintains coated layer well after application; effectively blocks solar light and heat transfer into and out of the building to reduce energy usage, increase air-conditioning efficiency, and relive urban heat island effect; can be used for construction in humid areas; and has excellent adhesive strength. 본 발명은 건물 내외로 열 이동을 차단하여 에너지를 절감할 수 있고 방수성과 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로, 중량%로, 수용성 아크릴 공중합체 40~55%, 텍사놀 0.1~0.5%, 분산제 0.05~0.3%, 소포제 0.05~0.3%, 방부제 또는 항균제 0.05~0.3%, 증점제 0.05~0.3%, 탄산칼슘 10~25%, 산화철 5~10%, 이산화티탄 5~15%, 색안료 0.1~1.0%, 열전도저항 물질 5~15%, 광반사 물질 0.1~3%를 포함하는 경사 지붕용 광반사 단열 판넬 방수제와, 그 제조 방법 및 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 피착물에 대한 방수성은 물론, 내부식성 및 내구성이 우수하고, 친환경적이고 시공후 도막층이 잘 유지되며, 건물 내외로 이동하는 태양광과 열을 효과적으로 차단하여 에너지를 절감하고 냉난방 효율을 증가시키고 도시의 열섬 현상을 완화시킬 수 있으며, 습기가 있는 곳에서도 시공이 가능하고 우수한 접착력을 갖는 효과가 있다.
