Summary: | The present invention relates to a PSC girder produced by using a notch unit settling beam, which is capable of prestressing in a structurally efficient way by sufficiently using the eccentric distance of tendons and connecting to an end transverse beam, and a construction method therefor. The PSC girder of the present invention comprises: a notch unit formed with a bottom surface and a rear inclined surface by blocking out the top of both ends of a top flange; and a notch unit settling beam extended and formed on the bottom surface of the notch unit to have a transverse gradient in the notch unit by a height control means. The end of the notch unit settling beam is connected to a transverse connecting beam, which binds the PSC girder in a transverse direction and functions as a transverse beam.
긴장재의 편심거리를 충분히 활용하면서도 단부가로빔과 연결이 가능하여 구조적으로 보다 효율적인 프리스트레스 도입이 가능한 노치부정착빔을 이용하여 제작된 PSC 거더 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 PSC 거더는 상부플랜지 양 단부상단을 블럭아웃시켜 저면과 후방경사면으로 형성된 노치부; 상기 노치부의 저면에 높이조절수단에 의하여 노치부 내측에 횡방향 구배를 가지도록 연장형성된 노치부정착빔을 포함하며, 상기 노치부정착빔의 단부에는 횡방향연결빔이 연결되어 PSC 거더를 횡방향으로 서로 구속함과 더불어 가로빔역할을 하게 된다. |
