The present invention relates to a cooling/heating and hot water supply system using a ground source heat pump for directly performing cooling with ground source heat, comprising a ground source heat exchanger installed in the ground to obtain and supply a heat source; a ground source heat pump producing hot water using the heat source of the ground source heat exchanger; a hot water supply storage tank storing hot water; a cooling load device and a heating load device as a load facility for directly performing cooling and heating; a heat source/cold water circulation pump providing power for circulating the heat source or cold water which has passed through the ground source heat exchanger in a system; a hot water heat storage pump pumping hot water from the hot water supply storage tank to the ground source heat pump; a heating circulation pump pumping room temperature water provided from the heating load device to the hot water supply storage tank; a cooing/heating and hot water supply switching valve switching over to cooling, heating, or how water supply; and a system controller controlling the foregoing components, wherein the system controller changes a flow channel of the ground source heat used as a heat source of the ground source heat pump for heating or hot water supply to supply cold energy accumulated in the ground to a load device for a cooling operation without actuating the ground source heat pump, thereby reducing energy for the cooling operation. 지중열로 직접 냉방하는 지열히트펌프 냉난방 급탕 시스템에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 지중열로 직접 냉방하는 지열히트펌프 냉난방 급탕 시스템은, 지중에 설치되어 열원을 취득하여 공급하는 지열 열교환기; 상기 지열 열교환기의 열원을 이용하여 온수를 생산하는 지열 히트펌프; 급탕수를 저장하는 급탕 저장탱크; 냉난방을 직접 수행하는 부하시설로서 냉방 부하기기 및 난방 부하기기; 상기 지열 열교환기를 지난 열원 또는 냉수를 시스템에서 순환시키기 위한 동력을 제공하는 열원/냉수 순환펌프; 상기 급탕 저장탱크로부터의 온수를 상기 지열 히트펌프로 펌핑하는 온수 축열펌프; 상기 난방 부하기기에서 제공되는 상온수를 상기 급탕 저장탱크로 펌핑하는 난방 순환펌프; 냉방, 난방 또는 급탕을 절환하기 위한 냉방/난방 및 급탕 절환밸브; 및 상기 구성들을 컨트롤하는 시스템 컨트롤러를 포함하며, 상기 시스템 컨트롤러는 난방 또는 급탕 시 상기 지열 히트펌프의 열원으로 사용하던 지열을 냉방운전 시 상기 지열 히트펌프의 가동 없이 지중에 축적된 냉열을 부하기기로 유로를 변경하여 공급하도록 함으로써 냉방운전 에너지를 저감하도록 컨트롤하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
