Summary:The present invention relates to a method and a system for designing a product form based on customer requirements. According to the present invention, customer requirements (CRs) are collected via a market survey, and a new evaluation index named as a customer satisfaction function (CSF) is created with respect to each customer requirement (CR) by combining the result of a kano questionnaire and the result of benchmarking analysis. A customer satisfaction degree (CSD) with respect to all the CRs is calculated by evaluating and synthesizing a customer satisfaction level (CSL) with respect to each customer satisfaction function (CSF), and a product form can be generated to maximize the CSD. The method for designing a product form based on customer requirements comprises: a customer requirement selecting part; a quality component determining part; a benchmarking analysis part; a customer satisfaction function generating part; a product form parameter selecting part; a product form generating part; a customer satisfaction degree evaluating part; a customer satisfaction degree calculating part; and a customer-satisfying product form drawing part. 본 발명은 시장조사(Market Survey)를 통해 고객요구사항들(Customer Requirements, CRs)을 수집하고, 카노 설문조사(Kano Questionnaire)와 벤치마킹 분석(Benchmarking Analysis) 결과를 조합함으로써 각각의 고객요구사항(Customer Requirement, CR)에 대한 고객만족도함수(Customer Satisfaction Funtion, CSF)라는 새로운 평가지표를 작성하며, 각각의 고객만족도함수(CSF)에 대한 고객만족수준(Customer Satisfaction Level, CSL)을 평가·종합하여 전체 고객요구사항(CRs)에 대한 고객만족도(Customer Satisfaction Degree, CSD)를 산출하여, 이 고객만족도(CSD)가 최대가 되도록 제품의 형상(Product Form)을 생성할 수 있는 고객의 요구사항을 반영한 제품의 형상 설계 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
