The present invention relates to a foldable pillow which is capable of being folded in layers according to the body type and purpose of a user and of being separated into an outer cover and an inner filling such that the inner filling containing cotton can be easily washed and dried. The foldable pillow comprises: multiple sub-pillows (100) stuffed with buffer filling such as cotton to support the neck of a user; tying bands (300) arranged on both sides of one of the sub-pillows to tie the pillow after the pillow is folded in multiple layers; and an auxiliary sheet (500) inserted to the middle of one of the sub-pillows to support the neck of the user. 본 발명은 사용자의 체형 및 사용용도에 따라 다단으로 접어서 사용할 수 있도록 함과 아울러 외피(베게커버)와 내피를 분리하여 솜이 포함된 내피를 쉽게 세탁 및 건조를 할 수 있도록 한 접이식 베개에 관한 것으로, 내부에 솜과 같은 완충재가 충진되어 목을 지지하는 다수의 베개(100)와; 상기 베개 중 어느 하나의 양측에 구비되어 베개를 다단으로 접은 후 결속하는 결속구(300)과; 상기 베개 중 어느 하나의 중앙에 삽입되어 목 부위를 지지하는 는 보조시트(500)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
