Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a piezoresistive polymer composite in which the surface of a polymer is coated with a carbon nanotube. The present invention is to provide a piezoresistive carbon nanotube-polymer composite manufactured by a method comprising the steps of: (a) coating the surface of the polymer with a carbon nanotube in a state where the polymer is elongated; (b) removing the elongation of the coated polymer so it contracts to the original state; (c) drying the polymer coated with the carbon nanotube in the range of room temperature to 50°C for 2 to 10 hours; (d) coating the surface of the polymer coated with the carbon nanotube obtained after step (c), with an elastic polymer to prevent exposure of the carbon nanotube to air, wherein Young′s modulus of the polymer composite coated with the carbon nanotube is maximally 1.5 times or less as compared with that of the polymer before being coated with the carbon nanotube. According to the present invention, the polymer is coated with the carbon nanotube in a state of elongating the polymer, the coated polymer is contracted, it is possible to control and keep electromechanical characteristics in all the states where the piezoresistive carbon nanotube-polymer composite is elongated or is not elongated, it is applicable to various fields, and the side effect of scratching or failure related to exposure to air is prevented by additionally coating the surface of the polymer coated with the carbon nanotube with the elastic polymer. 본 발명은, 탄소나노튜브를 고분자 표면에 코팅한 압저항 고분자 복합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 고분자를 신장시킨 상태에서 탄소나노튜브를 상기 고분자의 표면에 코팅하는 단계; (b) 코팅된 상기 고분자의 신장력을 제거하여 원상태로 수축되게 하는 단계; (c) 다음으로, 탄소나노튜브가 코팅된 상기 고분자를 상온~50℃의 범위에서 2~10시간 동안 건조시키는 단계; (d) 상기 (c)단계 후에 얻어진 탄소나노튜브가 코팅된 상기 고분자의 표면에 탄성고분자를 코팅하여 상기 탄소나노튜브를 외기로부터 차단하는 단계;를 포함하고, 탄소나노튜브가 코팅된 상기 고분자 복합체의 영률이 탄소나노튜브가 코팅되기 전의 고분자에 비하여 최대 1.5배 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 압저항 탄소나노튜브-고분자 복합체의 제조방법에 의해서 제조된 압저항 탄소나노튜브-고분자 복합체를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고분자를 신장시킨 상태에서 탄소나노튜브를 코팅하고, 코팅된 고분자를 수축시킴으로써, 압저항 탄소나노튜브-고분자 복합체가 신장된 상태이거나 신장 되지 않은 상태 모두 전기 기계적 특성의 제어 및 유지가 가능하고, 이에 따라 다양한 분야에 적용이 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 탄소나노튜브가 코팅된 고분자의 표면에 탄성고분자를 더 코팅시킴으로써, 외기로부터 발생될 수 있는 흠집 또는 파손의 부작용이 방지되는 효과가 있다.
