The present invention relates to an apparatus for decreasing instantaneous pressure in a pole transformer, which improves the rupture of a pressure plate by integrating a cap with a blade member having four or more blades, facilitates the combination of the cap and a main body by forming a combination groove on the inner side of the main body and forming a combination member combined with the combination groove on the outer side of the cap, and prevents the penetration of a foreign substance such as rainwater into the main body. The apparatus for decreasing instantaneous pressure in a pole transformer comprises: a cap; a main body which is combined with the cap, and is installed onto the pole transformer; a pressurizing plate; and a gasket which is located between the lower side of the pressure plate and the upper side of the pole transformer, and provides airtightness.
