The present invention relates to a blade stopping water pipe without blocking a water flow used when connecting a branch pipe or replacing an old or a damaged pipe without blocking a flow of water flowing through a water pipe. According to the present invention, the blade stopping water pipe without blocking the water flow comprises an upper blade stopping water pipe (10) and a lower blade stopping water pipe (15) enclosing a water pipe (WP). A branch pipe (20) is formed on the upper blade stopping water pipe (10); a check valve housing (30) is integrated into a side of the branch pipe (20); and a valve chamber (31) is formed on the check valve housing (30). An inner opening part (32) is arranged between a hollow space (22) of the branch pipe (20) and the valve chamber (31), and an outer opening part (33) is arranged on an opposite side of the inner opening part (32) relative to the valve chamber (31). An upper end of a valve plate (40) is mounted on the valve chamber (31) by a hinge pin (42) to open and close the outer opening part (33) by the valve plate (40); a flange unit (51) of a sliding valve housing (50) is mounted on a flange unit (34) of the check valve housing (30) formed around the outer opening part (33); and a sliding blocking plate (55) arranged in the sliding valve housing (50) blocks the branch pipe (20) through the outer opening part (33), the valve chamber (31), and the inner opening part (32) of the check valve housing (30). 본 발명은 상수도관을 통과하는 물의 흐름을 중단하지 않고서 분기관을 연결하거나 노후되거나 파손된 관을 교체할 때 사용하는 부단수 할정자관에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 부단수 할정자관은 상수도관(WP)을 감싸는 상부 할정자관(10)과 하부 할정자관(15)으로 구성되고, 상부 할정자관(10)에 분기관(20)이 형성되며, 분기관(20)의 측부에 체크 밸브 하우징(30)이 일체로 형성되고, 체크 밸브 하우징(30)에 밸브실(31), 분기관(20)의 중공부(22)와 밸브실(31) 사이에 배치되는 내측 개구부(32) 및 밸브실(31)을 중심으로 내측 개구부(32)의 반대편에 배치되는 외측 개구부(33)가 각각 형성되고, 밸브실(31)에 밸브 플레이트(40)의 상단부가 힌지핀(42)에 의해 장착되어, 밸브 플레이트(40)에 의해 외측 개구부(33)가 개폐되고, 외측 개구부(33)의 둘레에 형성된 체크 밸브 하우징(30)의 플랜지부(34)에 슬라이딩 밸브 하우징(50)의 플랜지부(51)가 결합되며, 슬라이딩 밸브 하우징(50)의 내부에 배치된 슬라이딩 차단판(55)이 체크 밸브 하우징(30)의 외측 개구부(33), 밸브실(31) 및 내측 개구부(32)를 통해 분기관(20)을 차단하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
