Summary: | The present invention relates to a combined film of a biaxially oriented film and a laminated polyethylene film generating no harmful materials and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically to a combined film of a biaxially oriented film and a laminated polyethylene film generating no harmful materials, wherein a polyethylene film (F) obtained by mixing a low-density polyethylene resin and a high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin to mold the mixture is stacked on a biaxially oriented film (B) by laminating to form a combined film (L). The combined film of the present invention does not include any additive such as a slip agent, an antiblocking agent (stone powder), a plasticizer of an antioxidant, a physical property modifier and a hydrophobicity-providing agent except for polyethylene (PE) as a raw material, but has improved mechanical strength such as an impact strength, heat resistance strength and the like necessary for a film. In addition, a slipping performance of preventing content from adhering to the inner wall surface of a pack made from the combined film and an antiblocking performance of preventing both surfaces inside the pack from adhering to each other can be maintained. In particular, when the content (for example, breast milk, a beverage and the like) is made warm, harmful materials related to environmental hormones are not generated at all and fine dust does not occur.
본 발명은 이축연신 필름과 라미네이팅 처리된 유해물질이 발생하지 않는 폴리에틸렌 필름의 합지필름 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로,저밀도고분자 폴리에틸렌 레진(resin)과 고밀도고분자 폴리에틸렌(high density polyethylene:HDPE) 레진(resin)으로 혼합 성형된 폴리에틸렌 필름(Polyethylene Film)(F)을 이축연신필름(Biaxially Oriented Film)(B)과 라미네팅(laminating) 처리하여 형성된 합지필름(L)을 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 이축연신 필름과 라미네이팅 처리된 유해물질이 발생하지 않는 폴리에틸렌 필름의 합지필름이다.위와 같은 본 발명의 합지필름은 폴리에틸렌 (Polyethylene; PE) 원료에 슬립제, 개구제(돌가루), 산화방지제의 가소제, 물성 보강제 및 소수성 부여제인 첨가제를 전혀 함유시키지 않으면서도 필름이 갖추어야 하는 충격강도, 내열강도 등의 기계적 강도를 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 합지필름으로 만들어진 팩 내부의 벽면에 내용물이 달라붙지 않게 하는 슬립성과 팩 내부의 양측 면이 붙는 현상을 방지하는 개구성을 유지할 수 있게 되며, 특히 내용물(예컨대, 모유나 음료 등)을 데울 때 환경호르몬과 관련된 유해물질이 전혀 발생하지 않음은 물론 미세먼지 등이 발생하지 않는 등의 효과가 있다. |
