Summary:The present invention relates to a method for cultivating soybean sprouts by using a mushroom extract. More particularly, the method include the steps of: selecting and washing soybeans; producing the mushroom extract; inserting the washed beans into a cultivation container; producing a mushroom nutrition solution by mixing 0.5-20 parts by weight of the produced mushroom extract with respect to 100 parts by weight of water; and cultivating soybean sprouts by pouring the produced mushroom nutrition solution enough to the beans, inserted in the cultivation container, at time intervals of 3-4 hours and 5-7 time per day. According to the present invention, the mushroom extract and a medicinal herb extract are produced by using mushrooms and medicinal herbs and then are inserted into the cultivation container with the beans, and the soybean sprouts are cultivated. The growth speed of the soybeans is increased as nutrients included in the mushrooms and the medicinal herbs help the growth of the soybeans. Due to an antibacterial effect of the mushrooms or the medicinal herbs, the soybeans are prevented from being contaminated, and thus a larger amount of soybean sprouts than the amount of commonly cultivated soybean sprouts can be cultivated. The soybean sprouts, cultivated according to the present invention, absorb ingredients contained in the mushrooms or the medicinal herbs to be cultivated and thus has an effect of alleviating symptoms such as reflux esophagitis. 본 발명은 버섯을 이용한 콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는, 콩 선별 및 세척하는 단계, 버섯추출물을 제조하는 단계, 상기 세척한 콩을 재배 용기에 투입하는 단계, 물 100 중량부에 대해 상기 제조한 버섯 추출물 0.5 ~ 20 중량부를 혼합하여 버섯영양액을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 재배 용기에 투입된 콩에 상기 제조한 버섯영양액을 3 ~ 4시간 간격으로 1일 5 ~ 7회 충분히 적셔주어 콩나물을 재배하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯을 이용한 콩나물 재배방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 버섯 또는 한방 약초를 이용하여 버섯 추출물 및 한방 약초 추출물을 제조한 후, 이를 콩과 함께 재배용기에 투입하여 콩나물을 재배함으로써 버섯 또는 한방 약초에 함유되어 있는 영양성분이 콩의 생장을 도와 콩의 성장속도가 향상되고 버섯 또는 한방 약초의 항균작용으로 콩이 균에 오염되지 않아 일반적으로 재배되는 콩나물보다 다량의 콩나물이 생산되는 효과가 있다.또한 본 발명에 따라 제조된 콩나물은 버섯 또는 한방약초에 함유된 성분을 흡수하여 재배됨으로써 역류성 식도염과 같은 증상을 완화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
