Summary: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of coal briquette using half-carbide of palm byproducts, capable of molding as coal briquette with high viscosity while not polluting an environment, having short ignition time, and improving instant calorie due to short combustion time, by using palm byproducts (palm tree fruit, palm tree stem, palm tree, etc.) comprising a palm fruit discarded after collecting oil with half-carbonized half-carbide and a binder (starch), and water and tar generated in a carbonizing process for binder mixing.
본 발명은 오일을 채취한 후에 폐기되는 팜 열매를 포함하는 팜 부산물(팜 나무 열매, 팜 나무줄기, 팜 나무 등)을 반 탄화한 반 탄화물과 바인더(전분)와 탄화 과정에서 발생하는 물과 타르를 바인더 혼합에 사용함으로써 환경을 오염시키지 않으면서 점질성이 높은 성형탄으로 성형이 가능하여 착화시간이 짧고, 연소시간이 짧아서 순간 열량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구성되는 팜 부산물의 반 탄화물을 이용한 성형탄 제조방법에 관한 것이다. |
