Summary:The present invention relates to a method to reinforce settlement of a base plate of a building by fixating the base plate to a reinforcement file after a through hole is formed on the base plate of the building, and the reinforcement file is driven through the through hole. Moreover, the method to reinforce settlement of a base plate of a building comprises: (A) a step of arranging a plurality of fixing bolts at equal intervals along an inner edge of a through hole; (B) a step of positioning the fixing bolt while a casing is inserted between the fixing bolts; (C) a step of connecting a cylinder with an upper end of the fixing bolt; (D) a step of pressing a reinforcement file to the ground by operating the cylinder; (E) step of connecting and fixating a gap between the fixing bolt and the reinforcement file exposed over a casing by a connection member; (F) a step of cutting and removing the fixing bolt protruding over the connection member; and (G) a step of grouting while the ground is filled with cement paste through an outlet of the reinforcement file. The method to reinforce settlement of a base plate of a building has the effects of improving a work efficiency for reinforcement, and improves reliability of work. 본 발명은 건물의 기초판에 천공을 형성하고, 상기 천공을 통해 보강파일을 박은 후, 상기 보강파일에 기초판을 고정하여 건물의 기초판 침하를 보강하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, (A) 상기 천공의 내곽을 따라 다수개의 정착볼트를 등 간격으로 배열하는 단계, (B) 케이싱을 상기 정착볼트 사이로 삽입하면서 정착볼트를 정 위치시키는 단계, (C) 상기 정착볼트 상단에 실린더를 연결 설치하는 단계, (D) 상기 실린더를 작동시켜 보강파일을 지반으로 압입하는 단계, (E) 상기 케이싱 위에 노출된 보강파일과 정착볼트 사이를 연결부재로 연결하여 고정하는 단계, (F) 상기 연결부재 위로 돌출된 정착볼트를 절단하여 제거하는 단계 및 (G) 상기 보강파일의 배출구를 통해 지반으로 시멘트 풀을 침투시키면서 그라우팅하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어짐에 따라, 보강 공사의 작업능률이 더욱 향상됨과 아울러 작업의 신뢰성이 더욱 향상되는 건물의 기초판 보강방법을 제공하게 된다.
