The present invention relates to a method for blending brine and a desalinizing apparatus using the same. The method for blending brine according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) setting, by a blending control unit (490), the water quality of mixed water which will be discharged; (b) discharging the mixed water blended with brine from a high pressure membrane filtering unit by which seawater is filtered, backwashed discharging water from a preprocessing unit (130), and sludge from a pre-preprocessing unit (110) and an A/S unit (120); (c) sensing the water quality of the discharged mixed water by using a blending sensor (SB); (d) determining the necessity of the blending process by comparing the water quality of the sensed mixed water with the water quality of the mixed water which is set in the blending control unit; and (e) in the case the blending process needs to be performed, operating a blending pump (PB) or releasing a blending valve (VB) by the blending control unit (490) for blending the backwashed discharging water flowing from the preprocessing unit (130), sludge flowing from the pre-preprocessing unit (110) and the A/S unit (120) respectively, and condensed water flowing from the high pressure membrane filtering unit to be blended. 본 발명은 농축수 블렌딩 방법 및 이를 이용한 해수 담수화 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 농축수 블렌딩 방법은, (a) 블렌딩 제어부(490)가 배출될 혼합수의 수질을 설정하는 단계; (b) 해수가 여과되는 고압 막여과부에서 유출되는 농축수와 전처리부(130)에서 유출되는 역세척 배출수 및 상기 전전처리부(110) 및 상기 A/S부(120) 에서 각각 유출되는 슬러지가 블렌딩된 혼합수가 배출되는 단계; (c) 블렌딩센서(S)가 상기 배출되는 혼합수의 수질을 센싱하는 단계; (d) 상기 센싱된 혼합수의 수질과 상기 블렌딩 제어부에 설정된 혼합수의 수질을 비교하여 블렌딩 공정의 수행 여부를 판단하는 단계; (e) 블렌딩 공정을 수행하는 것으로 판단된 경우 블렌딩 제어부(490)는 상기 전처리부(130)에서 유출되는 역세척 배출수 및 상기 전전처리부(110) 및 상기 A/S부(120) 에서 각각 유출되는 슬러지와 상기 고압 막여과부에서 유출되는 농축수가 블렌딩 되도록 블렌딩펌프(P)를 작동 또는 블렌딩밸브(V)를 개방시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 농축수 블렌딩 방법 및 이를 이용하는 해수 담수화 장치를 제공한다.
