Disclosed is a riser holding apparatus for an offshore structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a riser holding apparatus for an offshore structure comprises: a riser holder which moves along an outer circumferential surface of a riser while covering the riser of an offshore structure; a winch installed in the offshore structure; a first wire connecting the winch with the riser holder; a roller installed between the moon pool of the offshore structure and the winch; and a second wire which connects the winch, the roller, and the riser holder with each other and moves the riser holder upwards.
