A pipe input and output device for a pipe inspection robot is provided to effectively keep confidential matters of a sandwich valve and to prevent accidents such as gas leak in advance. The pipe input and output device for a pipe inspection robot of the present invention comprises: a stopple fitting which is installed while surrounding a pipe with an input and output hole through which a pipe inspection robot moving inside the pipe and checks if there is a disorder in the pipe comes in and out, and which has a branch pipe unit that connects the input and output hole to the outside; a sandwich valve connected to the branch pipe unit of the stopple fitting that opens/closes the input and output hole; a launcher pipe that accommodates the pipe inspection robot in its inside and whose terminal end is sealed with an end cap; an outer pipe whose one end is connected to the sandwich valve and whose the other end is connected to the launcher pipe to connect the launcher pipe and the sandwich valve; and an inner pipe which is installed inside the outer pipe to move in the lengthwise direction, guides the entry and return of the pipe inspection robot, and blocks the contact between the pipe inspection robot and the sandwich valve. 본 발명은 배관검사로봇 배관 진출입장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 배관검사로봇 배관 진출입장치는 배관의 내부를 주행하면서 배관의 이상 유무를 검사하는 배관검사로봇이 진입 및 회수되는 진출입구멍이 형성된 배관을 감싸며 설치되고, 상기 진출입구멍을 외부로 연통시키는 가지관부가 형성된 스토플피팅, 상기 스토플피팅의 가지관부에 연결되며, 상기 진출입구멍을 개폐하는 샌드위치밸브 및 상기 배관검사로봇을 내부에 수용하며, 말단이 엔드캡에 의해 밀폐되어 있는 런처파이프를 포함하며, 상기 샌드위치밸브에 일단이 연결되고, 다른 일단이 런처파이프에 연결되어 상기 런처파이프와 샌드위치밸브를 연결하는 아우터파이프 및 상기 아우터파이프의 내부에 길이방향으로 이동 가능하게 설치되어 배관검사로봇의 진입과 회수를 안내하며, 상기 배관검사로봇과 샌드위치밸브의 접촉을 차단하는 인너파이프를 더 포함한다. 따라서 상기 샌드위치밸브의 기밀유지에 효과적이므로 가스누출 등의 안전사고를 사전에 방지할 수 있다.
