The present invention provides a leg-stretching exercising apparatus comprising: a seat board sliding part having a seat board, on which a user can sit, combined to be able to slide and moving forward and backward; a middle supporting part arranged in front of the seat board sliding part and having a handle arranged on an upper surface; a foothold sliding part combined at both sides of the middle supporting part and having a foothold, on which the feet of the user sitting on the seat board are put, combined to be able to slide and moving in lateral directions. The leg-stretching exercising apparatus according to the present invention can improve the muscular strength and flexibility of the lower part of the body by gradually widening the extent of legs being stretched to induce the legs to form a straight line and enabling a user to perform efficient leg-stretching exercise in accordance with the body conditions and capability of the user. Also, the present invention can embody a low-priced exercising apparatus owing to a simple structure, has safety improved by enabling a user to perform leg-stretching exercise while sitting comfortably, and has practicality and marketability improved by enabling a user to use the leg-stretching exercising apparatus easily and conveniently regardless of sex and age.
