Summary: | The present invention relates to a two-stage fluidized bed biomass gasifier and method, which use biomass resources as a type of sustainable energy resources to accordingly produce a high concentration of hydrogen, thereby enabling the produced hydrogen to be used in electricity, fuel cells and raw materials of chemical industries, and which manufactures a high concentration hydrogen while reducing the amount of discharging carbon monoxide because the gasfier is continuously allowed to make the reaction of generating synthesis gas and turning water gas in a single reactor. In the present invention, the gasfier is economical and efficient because the gas and energy released in a reaction of generating synthesis gas are used in the reaction of water gas. The gasifier and method thereof are allowed to produce a high concentration hydrogen without adding vaporization with use of biomass resources whose moisture amount is at least 20 wt%. |
